Shipping & Payment
Delivery of goods will be effected by shipment and to the delivery address specified by the customer.
The delivery address indicated in the purchase order processing of the supplier is decisive for the transaction.
We ship from our head office in Mannheim and, if possible, deliver on the next day of the order date.
Our deliveries are made by DHL (national) and UPS parcel service (international). We deliver worldwide.
For deliveries within Germany, we charge € 5.00 per order for packaging and shipping;
We deliver free of charge for orders with a purchase value over € 75!
